Right of Withdrawal

To the extent that you use our goods or services as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract concluded between us as follows:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days from the day the contract was concluded, without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract by post or email before the withdrawal period expires.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form below, or another clear statement, electronically on our website https://aurora-ivy.tech/withdrawal.html. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay (for example by email).

In addition to your statutory rights, we provide a withdrawal button on our website. It is labelled “Withdraw from the contract” and is permanently and clearly available to you.

Withdrawal may (but does not have to) alternatively be exercised using the model withdrawal form provided in section 5 below.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Particular notes on the lapse of your right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal lapses in the case of contracts for the provision of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier under the following conditions:

in the case of a contract that does not oblige the consumer to pay a price, where the trader has begun performance of the contract;

in the case of a contract that obliges the consumer to pay a price, where

the trader has begun performance of the contract,
the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader begins performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
the consumer has confirmed his knowledge that by giving his consent under item ii his right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of performance, and
the trader has made available to the consumer a confirmation of the waiver of the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312 lit. f BGB.
